Gearbox mount replacement

As the title suggests I'm looking at doing a gearbox mount replacement on my 997.1 4S. together with engine mounts and gearbox / front diff oil change.
The car is now 12 years old and I'm pretty sure if the mounts are not perished, they will not be performing at their best.
I have seen a tool made by AGA that allows you to remove and replace the gearbox mount while the gearbox is still in the car.
Has anyone done this replacement and can give any advise - it would be gratefully received.
Also if anyone has one of the AGA tools either for sale or rent, I would be very interested.

Would anyone be interested in renting this tool from me if I go ahead and purchase the tool.?
