Hi guys,
I've read a few posts about the PASM suspension warning light/system going off after a batter change (for instance) and being able to reset it with a short drive.
In this case I'm having a prolonged issue of the PASM being stuck off (it's been about a week now). The car was sat parked for 2 weeks while I was away recently, but it happened shortly after coming back - at least two or three short drives. I've since disconnected the battery for a short 10 minutes and reconnecting, then driving, but with no change. The traction control did however reset after a short drive.
Any advice on this - or am I going to have to pay a visit to a independant for a diagnostics? I'm wondering if it's something that might have happened to my suspension or if its possibly an electrics thing...
Hard suspension is only bearable for everyday driving for a short while! []
Thanks,
Peter
