The 924S a much under rated model. The ideal Porsche for a recession.
Lighter and more aerodynamic with the thinner wings than a 944. More MPG plus set up by Porsche to run on cheap 4 star. Single skin sills mean you don't get the rust problems.
My second 924S which I'm reluctantly selling as I've moved abroad to Luxembourg and really need a LHD.
First registered 4/1/1989.
Reg No. F93 DOM.
(some people say the reg spells Freedom!!).
95,000 miles from new.
Zermatt Metallic Silver. Black Pinstripe Interior with Black Carpets.
Chassis No. WP0ZZZ92ZJN401682
Originally supplied by Monarch. 8 former owners, most who appear to have hardly used it!! Have service book and most of the history. Been serviced by Porsche Dealers then lately by Simon at Kirkman Motors, Porsche Specialists at Cavendish Bridge. Simon PDI'd and serviced the car when new at Monarch.
One of the best original clean, genuine examples left according to Simon. Was on the the Porsche Club display register until I moved abroad.
Not concours just an honest car. Very good interior. No cracks on dash. No leaks. Everything works. Driver's seat needs minor attention.
Will be MoT'd to May 2013 and taxed to October when I return to UK next month. Had big service last year including new belts, etc etc. since when car has only done a few hundred miles. Excellent Tyres, 2 fitted 4,000 miles ago and 2 fitted May last year.
Had a new clutch and replacement gearbox when I purchased it. No winter use for some years. Original Panasonic cassette radio. Sunroof cover and outdoor cover included.
Located Nottingham. £2,950 or Nearest offer. E mail patriciashaft@aol. com for photos if interested.
