Why not?? [8|] If there's a problem with it being sent out let the office know!

Richard sorry about that!! was there from 8.15 till 9.00 and left must have just missed you Brian

Brian Shame - was delayed as one of the dogs injured itself earlier and I had to collect post-repair from the vet. See you in 09. Richard PS Or come and read PP if you're near the airport!

Just to set the records straight folks the reason I no longer get the PP is because I am no longer a member ,I gave it up for personal reasons , the club and a director asked me to reconsider and said they would give me a free copy for 3 months this period is now up .I still go to club meets and events as I have always done it is just that I liked the PP to see what was going on ,it is hard to split yourself away from a club you have been a member of since 1993. Brian Thanks for the offer Jim getting one sent to me

but she's already managed to lose the bandage, charging around today when I specifically told her to take it easy for a couple of days! Before you assume she's a puppy, she's actually 7 but vertically challenged - never grew properly but still a fantastic working dog. Second pic with her mother so you can go Aaaaaah!

aaaaaaah they are just adorable. What did she do to her foot? Do you work them? If so what kind of work? Jane x

Doing her usual, running at top speed through some thick cover on the daily walk, and must have caught her foreleg on a broken branch or similar. Opened the leg, missed the artery and nicked the tendon. She's lucky - it could have killed her. Anyway, all irrigated and stitched up now. Trouble is, she doesn't seem to know she's done it and needs to take it easy for a few days. They're working gundogs (Labrador retrievers, if you want to be strictly correct), but she is not going to be retrieving anything for a couple of weeks. She's the latest in a line my father-in-law started in 1948. I told her you were asking after her!

Hi Richard Thanks for telling me what happened. What is it with dogs, that they don't know they are hurt? A wee staffy got knocked down by a car outside our house last Friday. I was in the study here when I heard her screaming. The bloody driver did not even stop. Anyway, I rushed outside and did not know what I was going to be faced with. Fortunately she was just badly bruised. Owners left her in their garden and she escaped. I brought her back here as they were not in. We have a Staffy and the sound of her screaming is still etched in my empty head now[:(] Thank god she was ok and your wee dog too [;)] Your father in laws dogs line is old that is nice to hear. Thanks for telling her I was asking after her, it all helps in the recovery if they know they are loved [:D] Jane x
