Gliding evening_Fri 26 June

Hi all I am arranging another gliding evening this year on <Friday 26th June*>, this is at the Bicester heritage centre air field site, we will start at around 6.30 pm TBC and we will aim to include two flights per person and as last time will include good quality food , the cost will be around £40.00 per person TBC. Their will also be the wings & wheels event going on over this weekend. The ideal no of fliers will be about 18 so if you are interested please let me know ASAP via forum or email to Geoff-davis@live.co.uk, please note max weight 16 stone & max height about 6 foot 3 ins.

Roy that's how I understand it so just you to fly but 2 for the food, we now have 9 on the list including 1 provisional , we would like to get to around 18 so still need a few more
 
Hi all please note Bicester gliding club have changed our date to Friday June 26th as they are concerned about the access on the 19th due to the event going on over that weekend, sorry about the change of date , could you all please re confirm if you can still attend,thanks Geoff
 
Hi Geoff Sorry we will be unable to make that date, as we will be on holiday in Italy. Will watch this space in case of further changes. Regards Andy

Geoff....I see in the listing it says 26th June............but yours is 19th?..Yes.......I see also that R31 are doing the 26th?...........confused of Tunbridge wells!![:)]
 
Hi Roy yes they changed our date so it is now the 26th (see earlier post)are you still OK for the new date ? Also this is the same event posted on R31 & R10 , Further note to all on list please check the forum on the day if bad weather as may be subject to change at short notice, thanks Geoff.
