Thanks for all the help and support at this Register. I've had interesting postings and replies and made some friends, too.

Reason for leaving - flogging the car - not much else I can do to it and I feel the need for a new project.

Regards

God luck with whatever new project you undertake, will you be going up or down the Porsche food chain (73 RS or 964 RS, etc) or is it a case of a complete change?

I drove a 993TT.
Now I want one (but only in black)
And I want it 'with bits.' 500bhp bits that is...
However, the power-to-weight ratio won't be that much better than my mad 944T, so I'm thinking again.

Also, I want to learn how to drive (not pose) so I bought a cheap stripped-out 924 (with 944 5-stud brakes). This will be my daily driver to get me to/from work. If I bash it on the track I don't mind. If someone bashes into me on the road, I don't mind. Basically I always was overcareful with the 911, mindful of history, culture and art, etc etc. But I'm not so bothered about keeping the 924 pretty.

One thing I will say is that there's so many more postings at the 3.2 register as opposed to any other. 3.2 owners really do love their cars. I did mine. So much so that I haven't really advertised it seriously. Wife doesn't know that bit!
