I have a 1990 964 C4 and need a good, honest and reliable independent mechanic in the Cheltenham area that has diagnostic equipment. Any recommendations please?

I would be happy to have my senior mech look over your car for you. We're Porsche enthusiasts first and foremost, so I hope we meet your criteria.

The OBD on 964's isn't great, compared with the latest, but these cars aren't that complicated. My business name is in the signature, drop in if you like or give me a call. I'm sure we can help.

Kind Regards

Thanks for reply. I think we've met, Dumbleton yes? Cannot believe i didn't know of your business, couldn't be closer! will pop over later in the week maybe Wed or Thurs if ok?
Cheers
Nick

Ah - I thought it was you! It is a small world.

Wednesday is good. Thursday the mechanic is out, but back in Friday. I assume you want to chat first and go from there (workshop is a little busy this week for anything more serious).

Thanks, Lee

Hi Lee
Would like to have a competent and experienced 911 mechanic take a look over the car as recently had some work done my someone who failed to live up to his recommendation and have no intention of going back to him.
Since getting car back now have ABS/AWD lights on so need to do a diagnostic code check, do you have that sort of kit?
Friday would be good to pop in and have a chat, any particular time better?
Regards
Nick
