Goodwood Breakfast - 01 August

Hello All

The Goodwood Breakfast on 01 August looks like a good one ('Performance Car Legends') so Tony and I will be heading down there and then back up for the Bird in Hand if anyone would like to join us. An early start is essential so meet here:

Interesting, I may be interested but what cars qualify to be "Performance Car Legends" ?

Mine is a 996 Turbo - is it too new to be a "legend" ?

I am naively assuming it is a "performance car" at this stage []

The theme for each breakfast reflects the cars that are invited to display that month and / or those that get there mega early when there is still room in the display area. Regular punters (like us) can turn up in whatever car they like and park in the car park. That's what we do though obviously we go in our Porsches.

The meeting point is the New Inn in Heckfield (see top of this thread). I live near Heathrow and it's a good meeting point to use because the drive from there is very good.

We'll only have the one meeting point for this run because of the need to arrive fairly early.
