Henry (996 C4) and I have booked ourselves onto this trackday, anyone else fancy coming along???

They still have spaces

Go on Geoff you know you want to[;)]

I will be there Andrew. I just hope I survive the noise test. First time up at CC it was 107db!! The other problem at Goodwood is tha they have noise meters all round the course so I may have to short shift everywhere even if I get on the track

I have put my back out, washing the other car! There must be an irony in that somewhere. If I feel up to the drive, might just come along and watch.

Just re-read this thread and noticed the date. Thought you were talking about tomorrow's event. What a plonker![:D]

Bob, lets us know how you get on with the noise issue, i was right on the limit at CC with 105, i geusss it will depned on the weather and if its windy rather than a still day?

Hope you have a good one and would like to see some of the video clips if you have them done.

Yes I had a good day. I like Goodwood it is a smoother and faster track than Castle Combe with an easy 140MPH on the back straight. Take it easy though until you have learnt the circuit as it is fast and unforgiving if you get it wrong.

I think your GT 3 will be OK at 105db. Just make sure it is warm and press the clutch in whilst they do the static test. There is also a drive by test but this should also be OK for your GT 3. Unfortunately it looks like I corrupted my USB so may not have any video on this occasion

If you were at Goodwood last Wednesday, 28th April, there is every chance your on my camera, I've posted up some large thumbnails here...http://picasaweb.google.co.uk/114005771639227671456

Cheers
