my car has returned after 3 weeks work has taken out the slight dent that was on the rear o/s of the badge panel (there before I brought the car) the rust on the cills has also been sorted, also there when I brought the car but left for too long and it got worse (that'll teach me) and the o/s rear wing was repaired, after an accident I had reversing alongside a tractor trailer which made a small hole ooooops and at a cost of £1200 from T&T coachworks, they have done a very good job I think.
Pics to be posted later sometime when I have charged the camera.

Good stuff Jon. You've reminded me that i've got some long overdue bodywork to attend to this year.

Here's the pics of my car a little bit late but never mind.

I'll bet your pleased to have her back and I'm glad you're pleased with the repair, it certainly looks like good work from the photos [:)]

yep really pleased with it just got to get the stone chips sorted at the front from the scooters chavs that decide to attempt slides on the gravel in front where I park my car[]

At least you have a nice easy flat red with no metallics, they always give better results. Get yourself a 000 and a 00 brush from a local artsist supplies and touch in each one with as little as possible. Build it up over a few days if needs be, but try really hard not to go over the egdes by putting too much in at once. Also keep cleaning the brush so the paint flows off easily.

Gaurdaloo Red EASY (foaming and frothing, eyes bulging, nostrils flared)? Hmmmm. When was the last time you saw a metallic red car turn pink in the time it takes to back out of the garage into the sunlight. Even with the WHOLE clear coat lying in a heap on the garage floor? Dousing it with saltwater and drying it with Napalm, it would take longer....

( yes the sun is shining today. Curses. roll on the Gaurdaloo Red freindly Ice Age some people on this forum have suggested is a 50/50 alternative scenario to global warming).

I am not being serious. Gaurdaloo red is a lovely way of adding Pink to your wardrobe..... even if the bits you resprayed stay bright red. I haven't decided whether to call my car the pink panther, or rudolf the red nose pink deer
