Well having worked none stop for the past few weeks I finaly had a day to myself - well nearly (as Im working this evening), but after getting up bright and early I felt awful [:'(][:'(][:'(] heady man flu etc.....
So car out roof down and now 4 hrs later I feel much better - maybe the doc should prescribe rides out in the porka to cure manflu?

But what a gorgeous day - blue skies and fresh air (diluted by the flat six)!
Cheers

Finally an actual good day. Lots of rain followed by a dry sunny day, no-one at work so car park free of dangerous car doors. Had a nice run to work and back (long way)

Car faultless, nice how it behaves it self, even after being holled up for nearly 5 months.

Totally agree with Gary C. Our 1987 Targa has been dangling off an Optimate for the last three months, started and ran beautifully on first prod.
Popped it into old pals PCT at Allesley for an oil/filter change and an overall check, then had a most enjoyable drive from the Shropshire Hills to Forest of Dean and the Coleford Festival of Transport on Easter Monday.
Great day out, all credit to the organisers if they are watching this.
Noted a bit of excess creaking from Targa roof, so I have just bought a tube of Sil Glyde via ebay (£4.99p).
I will post the result!

Well, Sunday ! what a fantastic day for a drive.

Shoehorned the youngest into the back, the other in the front and took a run up through ambleside to hawkshead, picnic and a walk from Moor Top in to Grizedale then a blat down to Newby Bridge and then home.

Great fun, just a bit sweaty [8D]
