well after 5 weeks away from my 944 due too working away from home , i decided to get her out for a run , after a nice warm up along some nice counrty rds i decided to open her her a little [:D] was on the a50 out to homes chaple (great rd for driving ) and was behind a couple of boy racers in clios so after leaving them for dust i came up behind i sabb nice open rd pushed the pedel and round him doing more than the 60 speed limit [;)] , as i pull back in the traffic cops are over takening the to clios [] opps i come of the gas he over takes the sabb and i wait for the blues to come on and they do .

as it turns out the cops a very nice guy and after a little chat about my driving [:D] and a slap on the wrists we have a little chat about how nice my car is . he said as i seen him before he got behind me he coundnt clock my speed .

was nice too get out for a run lol

so if r on the a 50 watch out

haha nice one, i live in Holmes Chapel myself! Im surprised by that, a mate of mine used to regularly go screaming down that road well over the limit (often towing a trailer too[&:]) and says hes yet to see a single traffic cop or anything. He used to come from Congleton though. Although the amount of cars that use the A50 as a racetrack is silly so im not surprised the local plod started taking an interest.
