Great North Run - Spirit of Africa

Hi All,

Lynn and I are running the Great North Run in aid of Spirit of Afica, a charity which is helping children in South Africa (More Info Here).

Dave Urwin and I did a parachute jump for the same charity raising £700 a few months ago and we are very thankfull for all of the donations from R3 members as part of this.

I have been asked if there is a sponsorship page for the GnR for Lynn and I, which there is and is attached here.

If you would like to sponsor us we would be very thankfull.
