GT2 Replica on Autotrader - Anyone recognise it?

This is on Autotrader now, although I saw it for sale a few months back. Is this the car that the running reporter Richard Long in 911 & Porsche World ran a few years back or am I imagining it?

Does anyone know anything about it? Any opinions on value?
