Yes - pick up the bits you'll leave behind after a track day [:D] Seriously - I did 8,000 miles in mine and it didn't fart once - excellent machine and a joy to drive.

Er, not a chance. I bought mine for £115k and two years later it was worth £74k - and that was the very best of a lot of the offers.

The reason? Porsche made 7 RHD 993 GT2's and 7 RHD 993RSR's - but around 170 RHD GT2's! The simple maths of supply and demand are that IF you could ever persuade anyone to part with their RHD 993 GT2 or 993 RSR (I only know of three that have ever been sold in recent years) and assuming it isn't one of the three RHD 993GT2's that have been unwrapped from lamposts / armco! - you'd have to compete with 100+ potential buyers = price goes astronomical.

If you want a RHD 996 GT2? Look on AutoTrader - there's plenty.

Don't worry about the depreciation on your car - just enjoy it for what it is and forget the maths [:)]
