Here is what I have found on the net when I was trying to understand what 19 inch would fit my Carrera 2...

I put the biggest possible shoes on my baby (in bolt) and can confirm it is a (tight but perfect) fit so if your GT3 are within these parameters, the odds are in your favour :)

This thread may be of use too.

My understanding is that the only issue may be with the rear offset on the wheels you are talking about (ET51). This will make the edge of the tyre 16mm further out (Standard wheel ET67). I suspect the 12" width ( I believe standard is 11.5) may add a touch more to that? Not sure if the fronts would benefit from a spacer to improve the overall look though - which is mentioned in the linked thread.
However, personally I would be reluctant to buy before seeing them on a narrow body car and making sure there aren't any issues ( or get absolute confirmation from someone who has fitted these sizes to a C2S)

Take a look here for two Offset Calculators that show the effect on clearances caused by fitting different width and offset wheels.

I would also notify you insurance company that you have changed the wheel dimensions. They could void your insurance if you need to claim.

Just checked my reference book, and the Front tracks on a C2S and GT3 are identical at 1486mm, so no issues with the front wheels however, the rear track on a GT3 is actually 5mm narrower than a C2S at 1511mm. My guess is that the narrow track helps offset (pun intended) the wider 12" wheels on the back over the 11" of a Standard C2S.
Insofar as I can tell, adding a 5mm spacer to the rear will allow fitment of GT3 wheels no problem. I already run a 305 tyre on my standard 11" Carrera S wheels with no issues at all.

For the record, the Carrera, Carrera S and GT3 are all the same width. In real-world terms, there's no such thing as a 'narrow body' 997. Only the 4-wheel drive 997s and GT3RS have the wider body work at the back.
