GT4 Schroth harness fitting

Evening all - these came fitted to the car but looked unused as set at maximum length all over - I’ve shortened the mounting point straps, shoulder straps and lap straps to minimum but still a mile to loose.
The box was still in the frunk and the OPC swears blind they are the right ones - what am I doing wrong?! ??

Any help appreciated,
 
Thanks - it does - it now looks like it’s got a pick‘n’mix of ASA Clubman shoulder straps (as wide as the lower bucket holes and silver adjusters) the right lap straps and clasp but a clubman seat base strap - back to the OPC I go…😬
