21and a half is a tad optimistic with the market at the moment methinks but best of luck [;)]
 
I think all of us other owners will be happy if it sells for that but I too guess that you'll have to move a fair bit on the price.
 
Yes the car was recently detailed by Glynn. I understand the price might be optimistic but you only get what you pay for in the Porsche world. I would be open to sensible negotiations as I would like the car to go to a good home and be kept original.

I don't know whether to congratulate you or commiserate you but it looks like it was an excellent car and that you got a good price for it. It all goes to show that there is a high demand for these cars at the moment [:)]
