Hello everyone,

The North Yorkshire Lotus Owners Club (nyloc) have organised a speaker on the above date.
I have included details from the club forum below.
If you google Bob Dance you can find out about his career as a mechanic working with racing teams and famous names over many years.
This promises to be an interesting talk and the invitation is open to anyone from the Porsche Club.
The Bridge Inn is at the side of the A1

If you wish to attend please let me know. There is plenty of capacity and all are welcome.

Chris

Bob Dance and Richard Parramint.

Most people on here will be familiar with Bob and Richard visiting Nyloc over the years, well it's about time we had Bob tell us about his working with Jim Clark and Team Lotus etc.
No doubt Richard will be able to tell us about of the workings of Classic Team Lotus today.

So as before the venue is The Bridge Hotel at Walshford. Date is Sunday 6th October.

I have asked if bar meals could be made available this time as there were a lot of requests on our last visit. So The Bridge will have someone on hand to do the honours between 6 and 7 pm.
Now if those who intend going can arrive between 6 - 6.30 we can get on with it.

As before a £3 cover charge on the door.

Get your questions sorted, and this time we will have a microphone for the questions as well so everyone can hear.

Doug

I would love to come along to this but sadly I am on child car duties that weekend and I don't think Carol will be back in time, doh!

How great and just down the road. HOWEVER its Jane's birthday, so I have to give it a swerve. Pity, it would have been good to hear of tales preceeding my time at Hethel.

All the best, Paul.
