Guilty conscience?

Just had some harness mounting plates welded to my transmission tunnel. Does anybody else get a terribly sick feeling in the pit of the stomach when they are making serious mess/noise/changes in/to their 944?

Tell me about it, simply changing my rear lights last week was traumatic enough - dread to think how would feel doing anything more drastic [&:]

I suppose that what makes the 944 Turbo (or S2 I guess[;)]) such a great car - fast and agile enough to see off most other traffic on the road, cheap enough to buy, maintain and modify, but not worth quite enough that you wouldn't touch it just in case you made a mistake - i.e. 996 GT3[:)]

Tell me about it

I stripped whole interior, replaced dash and centre console and carpets, upgraded dash bulbs, replaced headlining and other bits and bobs, pictures can be seen at www.porkaparts.com of the wiring behind the dash and the blue LED dash, etc.

It was so rewarding and yet relatively inexpensive.

I will never own a BMW again.

Nope :ROFLMAO:
Well alright, I did feel a bit odd about getting rid of the pop up lights, but I just bought another 944 so I could have both [;)]
