Forget retrofitting X51 or Ruf superchargers, how about upgrading your 997 to the following specs:
  • Top speed: over 400 kph (250mph)
  • Power: approx. 1055 bhp (based on a 3.8L "Turbo" engine)
  • Torque: 1250 Nm
This is a concept car created by H&R, in collaboration with Jürgen Alzen Motorsport and RS-Tuning...

And the pictures seem to bring about understandable Pavlovian salivation. Where were they taken and what else do you know?

Shows whats possible with this motor though.

I think its been seen from the 996 variant that the engine has alot more to give, but drivability and the enviroment may sadly play a part in the standard 997Turbo..

Oh wow!

This is more like it - this is what a supercar should look like.

Having said that, am I the only person to think that the tailpipes look like peashooters? I'm not keen on the rear bumper either but the rest of it looks great.
