Hi all and happy new year.
As some of you may remember I eventually rejected my gen2 turbo after a list of faults and a very bad experience with my local opc. After the way I was treated I swore blind I would never own another porsche again. It didn't last long, today I put a deposit down on a gen1 tiptronic turbo.
I purchased a Bentley continental gt which I take delivery of this coming march and had decided it would be all the car I would ever need but after receiving a Porsche driving experience for my birthday I spent a afternoon with Rod Newell at the silverstone experience centre and it sparked the love again for the brand and made me remember exactly why I fell in love with the 911 in the first place. All going well I should be collecting her on Monday so might not get much sleep Sunday night. Will post a few pics.
all the best

Congratulations on both of the new purchases [:)]
Both excellent motors at what they do, I'm sure you'll love the experience..
