I would like to say a really big thank to all the members that helped out this weekend, especially today in what were not nice conditions I would particularly like to say thank you to Richard, without his knowledge of the layout I would have been completely stumped. It is surprising how much detail you don't notice as a visitor that then comes as a surprise when you have to put the thing together.

Des and Chris didn't a brilliant job of judging in the rain not an easy task, ably assisted by Chris's other half. Any beers that go down tonight are very well deserved.

The region can give itself a well deserved pat on the back for managing to put on a good show despite the rain, I know that we both enjoyed the day.

Dave and John we really appreciate your support for Harewood, 16 years of being there is quite an impressive record that I suspect very few partnerships can match.

Can I have copies of any photos that any ones has, I am reduced to old fashioned 35mm film. If you send me low res images to start with I can request higher res ones for the PP and the R7 gallery which will be coming soon.

Well done Mark and Carol, your efforts were much appreciated by all. Organising something like Harewood is difficult enough when the weather's good but much harder when it's as bad as it was today. We enjoyed ourselves despite the weather and it was nice to see so many of the regular members turning out. Thanks also to all who helped, especially Richard Hunter, who is an absolute stalwart, the concours judges and all those who helped set up and take down the site. Finally thanks to Dave and John, staff from Strasse and Specialist Cars and Lindsay and the girls for their unfailing support. We should have some photos to send you later in the week.

Yes a great day. Had a good social hour in the tent, food provided by Strasse was excellent- can only hope that a lot wasnt wasted due to lower numbers than expected. A coffee in the terrace bar, a quick visit to Harrogate and a pint in The White Hart in Pool on the way home just finished the day off nicely. Many thanks to everyone for their efforts. Chris & Linda

Hi Mark.Quick message to say to all who organised and helped at your event very well done. Despite the weather had a excellent day out in a very stunning location. Best wishes to all at region 7 and thanks again for all your hard work Greg Harm (region 3)
