I will be exhibiting my original paintings on the 5th June at Harewood hope to see you all there.
I will also be exhibiting the painting for Pertersen/White Lightning prior to the painting travelling to Lemans with me for the pressentation to Dale White.
My latest painting of the Porsche Jagermeister 934 RSR Turbo will be completed by Friday 26th May and on display At Harewood on the Sunday too. I will running a free competition to win a signed and numbered limited edition print of this painting. Its easy I have not given this painting a titile that's the competition you get to name it and win the No 2 edition print. you will be able to say "I named that painting". There will be a slip to fill in on the day and the winner will be posted on the news page at www.porschesport.com on the 11th June. Anyone wanting to enter but are not going to the event please email me and I will send you email of the painting so that you can still enter.

Yorkshire Regional Concours will be held at Harewood House on Sunday 5 June 2005. We are very happy that our long term sponsors Strasse, will once again be supporting this event.

As in previous years, this is a street concours, a 'pride of ownership' event for cars, which are in regular use and driven to and from Harewood, so do not be put off by thinking your car is not good enough. It is a day of fun and relaxation and maybe a little polishing.

Centred around our favourite car brand, Strasse are bringing along a selection of cars for sale, and goodies to suit all pockets. Benefit from hearing pearls of wisdom from Strasses expert technicians on hand all day including David "The Legend" Sunderland and growing in his reputation for "telling it like it is" Dave Forrest.

The band from last year, Three Men and a Bass, will once again keep the afternoon swinging and non car activities include Bridget and Virgin Vie who will be carring out mini make overs, and bringing along Virgin's fabulous new jewellery range. Kym from the Yorkshire Soap Company will show us her hand made olive oil soaps. Liz Wheeler will bring along greetings cards, framed and unframed prints from original watercolours by Paul Laugier, who is also a television and film set designer.

Additionally this year, our 997 northern register secretary Peter Bradley, is arranging a 997 display to get parked together one of Porsches newest models.

There will be an area allocated near the main arena for visiting regions so you can all park together.

I had a superb day out, even if it did chuck it down. Met a lot of familiar faces and some new ones too [:D]

Good to see at least two R3 members winning awards in the concours, even if none of us knew we had been entered [:D]

My 3 yr old daughter was very happy as she finally got a 'pink porsche' , a model of a 1974 RSR [:D] ,

I only got a few photos between the rain

James did I miss something which R3 member won[8|]

Lets hope Raby has better weather, but it should be in August[:D]

I am HOPELESS with names, so I appologise in advance [:)]

Alan won 3rd prize with his 964 turbo [:D] , not sure which catagory ?

I should really know the names because I was sat next to them at Hawick [:)], but the modified 944 turbo parked next to mine won 1st prize in the 'best visitors car' [:D]

James you should have waved your arms or better still brought me a beer that would have got my attention, we will have to make sure we have a chat at Raby

Graham as discussed last night,

Dave, Greg and I are meeting up at Burtree caravan centre on the A68 just before the junction with the A1(M) at 10am and will make our way down to Harewood. Anyone else wanting to join up with us just meet as above.
