Paul. How did you mount the crutch straps on the drivers side? Interested because althouth I've got the Schroths with the anti-submarine shoulder straps, I would rather have the luxury of keeping my knackers strapped in place

If you don't have mounting points int he floor, Brey Krause do a crotch strap mounting bar which bolts between the front seat mounts and the floor and gives you a central mounting point.. not sure how cheap they are but you could always have soemthing similar made up from some 6mm steel plate..
Think they are available from porscheshop

Stewart. Marc at 9M fitted the cage and harnesses for me. There are 2 eye-bolts under each seat for the 2-strap crotch belts from Schroth. Under the drivers seat is very awkward to get to normally but the seats were taken out to get the cage in and out a few times during the fitting and painting process.

The two eye-bolts go through threaded holes in the chassis and into small solid blocks on the underside. Not sure if they were already there but as usual the installation by Marc is PERFECT and you would believe that they were there from day one! Let me know if you need me to take some detailed photographs and I can do them this weekend.

(By the way - order your Schroth parts from Demon Tweeks - same price as Germany but easier to pay with credit card).
