Harnesses, Braces, S/Wheels, Cup Pipes, Filters, airboxes, remaps, tyre pressures...

Ok I'm sure they've been done to death before but I'm lazy and can't be bothered to trail through previous threads...

So 4 questions...

1. I want a harness for the drivers side that I can use on track - what do you recommend and what should I look to pay?

2. Strut brace - my car doesn't have one - I presume they are worth having for a bit more stiffness - recomendations and price?

3. Original steering wheel is a bit tricky on track as you can't do full turns without shifting your hands - what are you guys using?

4. Tyre pressures - I bet this has been done to death more than any other - but I've got mags with Pirrelli P zero asymetrico and directional tyres - what would you suggest on the road and what do you suggest on track...and what level do you maintain them at?
