With apologies to Rocket Man, I managed to catch the tail end of this event but believe I missed him by a few minutes thus ruining the opportunity for a 2 Spyder photo!

There was a very good turn out and Hartech surprised quite a few people with the large scale of their operation. Their attention to detail was evidenced by every customer car in the showroom being carefully wrapped in plastic with a "do not touch" sign and a plentiful supply of pasties, drinks and biscuits for visitors. Imagine how thorough they are with engines! Barry gave an amusingly blunt speech - "we don't want any more customers" he begged - and said his team were happy to open their premises to fellow enthusiasts.

My son particularly enjoyed the race car simulator - he won fastest visitor of the day on his first go and beat the best overall score (set by one of the Hartech team) on his second! Annoyingly, he also beat me!

Many thanks to all involved in organising this.
