Has any one had any experience with Vormotor porsche independent service center in Halstead Essex, especially their body shop. Booked the car in for a full service and mot and while there got chatting to to the partner who runs the body shop. Had a quick look at some of his work and it looked great. Asked him for a quote on re-spraying the front bumper and a few tidy up bits. Since i could probably find at least one thing wrong with every panel, I asked what the cost would be for a full re-spray. £2500 + vat which I thought sounded more than reasonable. Would love to hear your experience with them. Kind regards Gary. Ps First time this year in the 944 Turbo, what a blast....[:D]

hiya, i have no experiance of vormotor, but i was given a quote for£2,500 from another body shop in east london/essex, excessive in the least me thinks considering no body work just blown in! has made me very wary off body shops in our area,

I would think you would get a reasonable job done for £2500 but if your picky about these things you may find the finish wanting in areas, get the guy to tell you exactly what they will do for the price.
I full windows out respray done by a good bodyshop would normally cost around £3000 - £4000 IMO.
