I am the proud owner of a used 996TT, and will be joining the forum!
(providing that is ok with everyone!!!)

Just thought I would post this spy pic just incase nobody has seen it!
 
Congratulations on your wise choice of car. Make sure you drive it as much as possible (I managed 9 hours yesterday).

That picture has been around a while. We will have to wait a while yet to see what the 997TT will look like.
As I have posted before, I doubt the sides will look like that - they will create too much drag and there is no need to scoop that much air in for the intercoolers.

Porsche have a challenge to beat the 996TT. They are struggling to go much quicker - and have the car remain usable.
I am curious so see what they manage. I reckon it will be another year before we know. The details will leak out next autumn/winter for launch at easter 2006 (IMO).

Of course, mild tweaking of the 996 will see it match the 997TT, so no need to shell out more cash. Wait for the 998 and 2010+.
