Has the time come - To Buy?

I've just seen our Region's calendar for the coming 12 months and i'm now in a dilema. Drive-outs, events, displays are all now limited as 3 people (one very small) don't fit into 2 seats - Well, not legally anyway.

So has the time come for me to consider alternatives? or do I leave my wife at home and go to these events with my son only?

I've always looked fondly at the styling of a 993, one of the better ones I think, so is it now worth considering?

Any advice would be warmly received.

Good points, bad points, what to look for, etc.
