Header rail attachement on Cab

Have a problem with a loose header unit on a C4 Cab. Thats the part that houses the courtesy lights, IR bits and where the roof attaches and is screwed to the header rail.

There are two screws/bolts holding this to the header rail, under the dark plastic IR covers. One of these falls out as the floating screw head, housed in the header rail appears to be splitting. The other is on its way.

This means that when the roof latches, the whole unit pulls to one side. It will eventually come off when the other screw receiver splits.

Does anyone have any experience of this problem or know how to fix it?

I do have pics if no-one is sure what I mean.
