Headlamp help!

Hello all,
I'm after a bit of advice. Does anyone know how to get the headlamp lens off so I can replace the one some lovely passers-by decided to smash for me?
I've removed the body-coloured surround ok, but the black surround under that wont budge. There are two screws in it that just keep turning and are not coming out.
Any light shed on the matter would be greatly appreciated as I want to go out and play!
Cheers

Im going to assume it is the same as a 964 ! If its not then sorry ;-)

under the surround that you have removed is a hex bolt, this is the place that the small screw that you have already removed was screwed into, it will/should be at 6 oclock. This unscrews and then the whole lot comes out eventually, it will probably be a bit tight.
Be aware that this little hexed afair and its captive nut arent the best design and could strip the thread so take care
The 2 screws that you have been trying to remove were the beam adjusters !

thanks elliot, the drawing looks the same so should be ok. the hex already looks a bit butchered so i'll proceed with caution!

Good luck Carreracat [;)]
The captive nut is part of the headlight bowl and sits just where the water gathers hence corrosion []
