Can any one tell me where the headlight washer pump is located..? I've looked in the usual places, and Mr Haynes and his publication as usual have been of no bloomin use...! I've got an 84 model if that helps.

Should be located in the luggage compartment in front of the battery, according to Mr Bentley.

Thanks Ian, I have looked there when I replaced the Windscreen washer motor, but there were no obvious signs like wire tubes ect that it is normaly situated in front bulkhead. I think someone may have removed it at some stage. Ill have another look at the weekend.

hi mate, your head light washer pump is located behind the front bumper, it is attached to the large water bottle. take off the bumper and you can get to it. i changed mine about a year ago as it packed up. it took about 2 1/2 hours from start to finish. you dont have to take the lower panel off thats under the bumper. good luck.

Cheer's Steve, thought I was going mad for a bit, with it not being in an obvious place..!

Not sure if this is relevant - depends on the state of your "nuts"

I had to destroy the bellows to get my bumper off as the bolts fixing the bellows to the car were rusted on.
