Headlining - tips?

Does anyone have any tips for replacing the headlining? I have the material but I'm not quite sure how to go about it - want to make sure that everything ends up taut and securely-fitting; it's hard to tell exactly how the panels are affixed, for example. All advice gratefully received! [:)]
