Heated Rear screen

Can someone help me out here?

the rear heated screen is not working - there is no power getting to the screen (i've checked the plug connection on the parcel shelf) but the fuse is fine and the switch lights up when turned on.

so somewhere in between the fuse's and the rear parcel shelf there must be a regulator/control unit that controls the power reaching the screen, can someone tell me where please? i did not wish to spend all day searching for it!

There is a solid state control relay in the engine electrical panel on the left side of the engine compartment. The part number I have is 911.615.115.00 although there is a chance that may have been superceded. Check with Bert Gear for latest part and price.
