Heated seats

Reason I ask is that is a common symptom of car going into "transport mode" which can happen when the battery goes flat. Other symptoms ( they don't always do this) is if car has headlight washers they stop working, and I have read the interior lights only operate with the key in the ignition and other "oddities"
If so ( especially the buttons dont light up) then you probably need a diagnostic (porsche piwis) operation called a handover reset - makes the car relearn it's fitted options.
There could be other reasons why the seats don't work of course - they only operate when the cabin temp is in a certain ( fairly wide ) range - that is detected by the cabin temperature sensor - those have been known to go faulty and give weird readings causing the car to decide to "ignore" the heated seat request.
You likely need to start with a independent ( or a local club member ) who has access to porsche piwis - they can run a handover reset and also look for live readings from the cabin temp sensor if that doesnt resolve. Its a few mins of work to do, I suggest reaching out to local region to see if they know of anyone in the club locally with the kit - it may just need a reset rather then a fix.
Do the buttons light up when you press them?
