Heated washer nozzles

Anyone know when they heat up?

Despite "Porsche" washer fluid added to the tank they were frozen this morning.

5 mins of driving, still frozen

Switched on heated rear window.

5 mins later they worked fine. Don't know if the heaters came on with the rear window or just the car warmed up enough.

Anyone know?
 
Umm I'm pretty sure they're supposed to come on with the heated rear window and mirrors.

My memories getting a little rusty. Can anyone confirm ?
