Has anyone replaced their fan and temp switches on their 997 gen 1s? Seems that’s Porsche will only replace the whole control unit but it’s just the 2 switches which have worn over time. The switches are available online but fitting them seems to be a little complex (for me anyway)

Any ideas welcome....

Just had mine done by www.climaterepair.co.uk - sent them switches in the unit and they did repair and sent back within 3 days stunning job - so happy as my car was perfect except for naff switches !! Around £65
Hope this helps

Hi all, I followed the guide and both switches as good as new. Its been bugging me for years since I bought the car. Easy to remove and replace for less than £80....I think Porsche wanted over £700 for a complete module...
