Errr, hello......anyone here?!!

Just stumbled across this forum. I was wondering if we'd ever get a 993 RS forum. However, it's called the "993 RSR forum". Wouldn't the "993 RS forum" be better? There aren't too many RSRs around. Come on Paul, lose the 2nd "R".

Let the banter begin!! [:D][:D]

Hi Johnny, yes we are indeed a rare breed it would seem ! How's that car of yours going ?, done many trackdays/spins since Oulton?[;)]

RSR's... blimey that will be a small register....

IIRC there weren't any in our survey of one hundred 993 owners !

993 RS, although at this rate I'm going to have to ask for a 993 Targa forum !

but might have join that RS bunch when I get my RS wheels & rear spoiler [:-]

If u ve got an extra 'R' flaunt it ..................anyway i can write enough rubbish to keep it going Doc !

"I am just a poor boy from a poor family. but I am easy come easy go,little high little low, every way the wind blows, it doesnt really matter to me!!! Mama I only have a poor RS.
If I strip the carpets and roof linning out, will I be able to use this forum[:D]

John

Yeah Paul , lets drop the extra R.....I don't want to fit the RSR plate just to get in!

Vic, your collection of Porkers deserves it's own forum!

Wish some of them worked at mom !

Bens got the only one running as it shud now i ve sold it!

What you need young man is an extra few horses, not an extra letter [;)] See you Monday

But on a more serious note. Whilst I acknowledge the 993 RS is more "common" [;)] than the 3.2 Club Sport, we decided not to have a separate sub forum as for most issues the regular 3.2 Carrera forum was fine.

What about a "Lightweight 911" forum for all RS / CS derivatives? Or perhaps not.

I think a targa forum is a fine plan...

Dont get the wrong idea Doc but there is a GT2 pit at Spa .....................no wayr u getting in Doc ..................................Just gone back on full boost , hope its dry!!!

Andy T...I had an '89 3.2 Clubsport for 2 1/2 years...a great car...it makes a nice platform to move up to a 993 RS...when you are ready [:D]

Paul

I'd love a 993 RS, but funds don't allow.

I'll just have to console myself by passing 993 RS & RSR's on trackdays for now [;)]

Well well well,it was worth getting a 993rs section then!!
It was a club mistake for the extra r,as you should know me better than that.
There are some proper rsr about, not the clubsports though.
Vic i have thought about taking my gt racer to spa with you boys, some big fat rear ends in nice formation, taking up the whole of the track would be good, and of course every body trying to catch up or go by. would be great fun, sadly we are racing there the weekend after you finish there,so i think it would be to much grief on the car,as its hopefully got to last me the season.
John,we are up at oulton testing friday week and race on the saturday,if you are about.Pleased with the new race car,got down to 1min11.5 secs at combe on monday last ,on older tyres.Probably a couple more seconds there, when i get at one with the car,one day!!Still got a lot of work to do ,to catch mr chamberlin, may be at spa!
Johnny ,hows your discs.
Paul have you got the CS finshed yet,and any news on the spare gt2 front spoiler,as i am about to order one from the usa.
Melv i suppose we can allow you to use this section[;)]
