Hello (newbie) to Porsche Club GB

Hi All.
This is my second post so this one I will make it in the Boxster section as my first post in the South Wales section hasn't seemed to created any replies, better luck with the Boxster section.
After meeting a few members at the Pub evening last month I decided to join, and I am now looking forward to further meetings and day trips out and anything else that might be planed.
I have owned a 986 Boxster for almost 2 years now and haven't stopped smiling yet, some of you might recognize me from another Boxster forum, I am looking forward to many more years of owning a Porsche, and to meeting more members of the Porsche Club GB.

Not much happens in the region forums, make sure you get in touch with the local organiser as most have an e-mail list which they send out events etc. to.

Welcome to the club, forum and ownership. As Paul said get along to your local Regional meets and join in the events/fun.
Also running are National events and this years event is not to far away in both miles and time for you - you may wish to consider

Also the club has Registers and you Boxster Register Tracy and Cliff secretary's have been busy organising events throughout the year.
I've no doubt they will be in contact with you shortly.

Hi All.
Thanks for the lovely welcome, and I will be supporting PCGB as much as I can, I was looking at attending the National event at Chateau Impney, but unfortunately I will be working that weekend, I Will be going to Mid Wales with the regional/Group on the 29th of this month, and I did meet a few members on the Social Gathering pub night, and they were a nice bunch and that is what has made me sign up.
I look forward to meeting you all in the near future.

Hi welcome to you as well. My boxter hailed from Wales where it was first owned. It now lives in the north east of E[:D]ngland and is a lovely black 2.7 with a 54 plate that I have enjoyed driving since November 2006.

You will have some great drives in Wales for sure!

The clubs are a great way to meet folk so go for it!
