Hello to my new S2....

gemmerson

New member
Bought my first Porsche, 1991 944 S2 from a chap ( mik_ok) only about a mile away, after looking all over the UK for one, on Saturday morning.
Fab car, great fun.....despite an early introduction to getting a porsche sideways when I first went to see it, in the dry its some machine. I'm new to all this forum stuff but looking forward to getting to know everyone.
No pictures yet but there are already plenty from its previous owner. Going to get the sills done in a couple of months as there a couple of bubbles coming through, so any good bodyshop garages in or around Glasgow area anyone can recommend greatly appreciated.

Hello George! [:D]

My "bye bye S2" thread is HERE - please click

I guess I should remove your car from my avatar (the pic beside my username) [;)]

Glad to hear you've been playing a little in the nice dry weather.

Dont worry about removing it......that seems a bit final .....I'll get some pics in due course at its new home...........who did you say was good for bodywork in Glasgow.....?

I've heard positive comments about Hardie Inglis. I've never used them myself.

A quick check on yell.com didn't help me but I did find these guys ~
