Hi everyone-
Got in the 996 C2 tipronic this morning and it seemed a bit sluggish compared to last night and i notice that is seems to have entered a 'limp' mode and you cannot change gear manually (even with shifting stick to 'm').
Engine seems fine but its very un-responsive, it changes gears OK in tipronic but nothing in manual ! any ideas ???
was hoping to use it over xmas but not looking good
Happy xmas to all as well

May be a dirty contact in the multi-function switch on the side of the gearbox. Moving the lever back and forward a couple of times might have cleared it. Anyway, you can now go out and enjoy your Xmas run!
