Hi
I need to replace the headlight washer cover and jet nozzle on my 2003 C2.
Is it a simple DIY or should i book the car in shop? I already ordered the parts from Porsche Parts

Thanks

Luis[FONT=verdana, geneva"] [FONT=verdana, geneva"]It is pretty easy but slightly fiddly.[FONT=verdana, geneva"] [FONT=verdana, geneva"]You have to get the headlight washer jet to stand up from the headlight unit. The Porsche centre suggested getting someone to operate the washer system whilst you catch it in the extended position but I found if you were careful you could gently lever it up. Then pull the whole unit out as far as it will go, about a couple of inches, and you will see that the washer jet unit fits into a grey plastic sleeve. the washer jet just pushes into place but to get the old one out you need to lift the tab slightly where you can see the black of the jet showing through.[FONT=verdana, geneva"] [FONT=verdana, geneva"]That may sound complex but when you look at it it is fairly obvious.[FONT=verdana, geneva"] [FONT=verdana, geneva"]A Porsche centre would do it in just a few minutes if you were concerend about it.[FONT=verdana, geneva"] [FONT=verdana, geneva"]Hope this helps[FONT=verdana, geneva"] [FONT=verdana, geneva"]Terry[FONT=verdana, geneva"]
