Anyone know why I have just got this " Help with including photos in your post " in my posts or replies see above with link ?

Help with including photos in your post
If you'd like to include photos in your post, please upload them to a free image sharing site, such as www.flickr.com or www.imgur.com. You then use the picture icon with the plus sign (
image-plus.png
) and enter the image location.

You can find the image location by right-clicking on the photo (once uploaded) and selecting "copy image location". Just paste this into the box that appears when you click on the picture icon.
 
Ok, its not a big problem I was just wondering if anyone else had just stated seeing this pop up after all these years and why it has just started popping up now ?
 
Undoubtedly in response to the "How do I post pictures cry" from frustrated users for a long time but maybe/hopefully will be part of a Forum-wide "How to Use" resource.
