Help needed - removing the rear near side bumper piece

Hi all

I want to replace the Near side, rear bumper piece for one with another exhaust cutout.

How do I remove it?

Does all the bumper have to come off?

Do I need to remove the exhaust?

The bumper comes off as one piece, then you can split it and take the end off. It's quite an easy job, save for rusted screws and you don't need to remove the exhaust. I'd make sure you have some new 'speed nuts' (what the screws, screw into) as they are likely to fall apart with rust.
