FIRST MANY THANKS FOR THE HELP WITH THE FUEL CONSUMPTION ON MY TURBO IT WAS INDEED THAT THE COMPUTER AVERAGE MPG NEEDED RESETTING.
I COULD DO WITH SOME HELP WITH A COUPLE OF MORE QUERIES
1) HOW DO YOU SET THE COMPUTER TO READ YOUR OIL STATUS ON TURNING ON THE IGNITION MY C4S USED TO GO THROUGH THE MOTION WITH THE BARS TO GIVE YOU YOUR OIL STATUS,NOW WITH THIS ONE IT IS SET TO READ THE OIL STATUS WHEN ENGINE IS UP TO TEMPERATURE I HAVE FOUN ON THE MENU IF GO TO CHECK OIL THEN GO TO INFORMATION YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO MOVE THE CURSOR TO CHECK OIL BEFORE YOU START UP OR WHEN IDLING OR WHEN ENGINE IS UP TO TEMPERATURE,BUT THE CURSOR DOES NOT SEEM TO WANT TO MOVE.
2) ALSO WOULD LIKE TO UPLOAD SOME PHOTOGRAPHS HOW DOES ONE DO THIS TO LOAD ON TO THE FORUM.I HAVE TAKEN A PHOTO THEN SELECTED WHEN ON THE FORUM BUT IT JUST COMES UP WITH PHOTGRAPH TOO LARGE
3) NOW I HAVE NO LONGER MY C4S I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE MY LOGIN NAME HOW DOES ONE DO THAT

No need to shout! [;)]. All capitals is generally regarded as shouting on forums.

1) You just have to wait until the oil is up to temperature before you can take a reading. There is no way round it. Because it is dry sump, the only time the reading is accurate is when the crankcase is scavenged, and the oil is up to temperature. It measures the level in the tank, not the sump as it did in your C4S.

2) See: http://www.porscheclubgbforum.com/tm.asp?m=428572

3). You have to contact one of the forum Administrators (Peter, Paul, or John) to change your forum name - you can't do it yourself.

I am sorry Richard and the forum about the capitals did not switch off the caps lock many thanks for the help
Kind regards Brian
