Help please. Poor running

Hope someone can offer some advice please. I am currently on holiday and have issue with my 4.5 cayenne.
On start up car very runs lumpy and then stalls. After about three attempts it drove ok to shops. When came out of shop had same issue again on start up then it cleared! Does anyone have any ideas please.

I am thinking coil packs but have a 2 hundred mile drive home tomorrow.
 
Could be literally anything but I would say but definitely electric. Apparently porsche were replacing coils for free at one point as they were causing everyone problems. Not an expensive job though and if they haven't been done, I would get them done anyway.

Saying that though, I had a recent problem where the car would just not pull away and it turned out to be a faulty abs and speed sensor. Got it done by Precision Porsche though and it's perfect now.
