They are IMO the best people to deal with this kind of issue, and have the most cost-effective solutions. (Note: I didn't say cheap!)

My thoughts would be to have it looked at by them immediately, so as to catch it before any more damage is done - but speak to Baz, he'll have the correct answer to your question.
