help - sunroof stuck open

My sunroof had decided to get stuck in the open position, and it's raining. Is there any way I can close it manually?

Yes, you can close it manually. The motor is in the boot (passenger side) under the carpet side wall. Uncover this and you will find the motor.

Was looking for pic. This is with the cover off, though. I believe the large nut at the bottom is the one you need to turn. Be careful not to over do it and damage cable etc.

Forget the blue arrow that was another topic.

Could motor be somewhere else. Just had a look and only have alarm gismo here. Car 1983.

Looking at http://www.clarks-garage.com/ should still be in the same location on a '83 car. Maybe someone else with the same can be of more help. Should be there somewhere. Have a look all round the boot in case it has been re-located for some reason.
