Hi all, the manual seat height adjustment has stopped working. The handle doesn’t feel loose but it’s not operating the gearing under the seat. Anyone have experience of this and how to fix? I’ve been looking but can’t see anything obvious.....thanks.

Evening!
i have the exact same thing on my 997 on both seats and trust me, the adjusters aren't broken.
I thought so first time it happened to me, but keep pulling the lever upwards and eventually it will work. Not sure if it's systemic of 997s but mine are both fully down, so that may have a bearing on it.

Thanks I will double check but pretty sure the lever is not connected to the gears under the seat, the drivers side works fine and the passenger did........
